REFUND POLICY

*REFUND POLICY** This page is intended for entertainment companies and parents seeking advertisement and exposure for their kids, teens, or young adults in the modeling, acting, music, and dance industries. Makeup Artists, Photographers, Designers, Videographers, and other industry advertisement companies that have been in direct contact with us may also make payments through this website.

**Runway Fashion Shows:** No refunds will be offered to participants who attend the entire runway fashion show and all three days of the event, as well as the activities during Fashion Week. Runway Shows, Magazine Shoots, Fittings, Rehearsal, and Model Dinner ect.

**Participant Cancellations:** If you pay a deposit payment for us to hold your child's spot to be in our show and then cancel through no fault of the company, you will not receive a full refund. You may only receive a partial refund if you notify us within 5 business days from the date that you made your deposit payment. You will be entitled to receive half of the deposit payment, not the full amount.

**Refund Return Agreement:** If your situation meets our refund eligibility criteria, and you provide specific examples of eligible cases, we will take up to 90 days to resolve all eligible cases. (Meaning if you didn't receive something that was stated in our agreement that was mentioned during the signing, then we will look at it case by case and decide on the refund amount. However, if you and your child didn't show up to any event and it took place, you will not be eligible for a refund in that case.

**No Refunds:** If you have not been in direct contact with one of our representatives and have made a payment on this site, no refund will be issued. Please contact our office directly at

**Magazine Cancellations:** All sales are final.

**Shipping Process:** We ship all orders within 4 to 10 weeks from the time of your order, depending on your state or local delivery service.
