REFUND POLICY

NOTE: This page is intended for all entertainment companies and parents who are seeking advertisement and exposure for their kid, teen, or young adult who is coming up within the modeling, acting, music, and dance arenas. MUA's Photographers, Designers, Videographers, and other industry advertisement companies who have been in direct contact with the company may move forward with making payments to this website as well.

 

NO REFUNDS: If you have not been in direct contact with one of our representatives and you have made a payment to this site, a refund will not be issued. Please contact our office directly at 678-694-8900 from 10:00 AM -6:00 PM EST. Or email us at indikidsmag@gmail.com

Runway Fashion Shows: "No refunds will be offered to participants who have attended the entire runway fashion show and all event activities." If the issue meets our refund eligibility criteria, as outlined in our policy, or if you provide specific examples of eligible cases, then we will take up to 90 days to get all eligible cases resolved.  

 

 

CANCELLATIONS: All Sales Are Final.

SHIPPING PROCESS: All orders will be shipped within 4 to 10 weeks, depending on your state or local delivery service, from the time the order is placed.
